House update

We go for our final walkthrough on Friday! Can't wait! The front yard had mostly been landscaped and they cleared out the backyard....who knows when we'll landscape that. We also have sinks, toilets, window screens, door handles and AC! Woohoo!!!

The Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch in Wilcox on Saturday with my mom. It was so much fun! We took a hayride to the pumpkins and we all picked at least one out. We got a LaBounty family pumpkin that is about as tall as Maddi and weighs more than Ethan. It was $25! Ethan got a bright orange one and Bailey and Maddi both got little ones that were orange with dark green web-like lines all over them. They look super cool. My mom picked one out for her and one for each of the other granddaughters. They also have a huge vegetable garden where you can pick your own vegetables, a corn maze, and of course Apple Annie's apple orchard. My mom got some yummy fresh veggies. We had so much fun, we want to go back sometime when we can go to the corn maze. Anyway, here are some pix from our day.

1. I went with Stephen, my mom and the kids to the pumpkin patch in Wilcox!!! - So fun!
2. Learned that pumpkin stems right off the vine are really pokey
3. Bought Ethan a clone trooper costume and Stephen a whoopie cushion costume -so appropriate
4. Ate Texas Roadhouse for dinner
5. Skipped out on work :)
6. Went to see my house
7. Calmed Bailey down after 2 or 3 huge temper tantrums
8. Watched Conference

1. Going to my final walkthrough for our house on Friday
2. Getting the keys to my house the next Friday
